What You'll Be Doing

A role of real responsibility.

  • 01Performing routine property inspections and maintenance at luxury residential homes
  • 02Identifying and reporting issues before they become costly problems
  • 03Coordinating minor repairs and upkeep to keep properties in pristine condition
  • 04Representing Coastal Living Property Solutions with professionalism and integrity at every visit
  • 05Building relationships with homeowners who will come to depend on and trust you

Minimum Qualifications

What you'll need to qualify.

Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record

Reliable transportation

At least 2 years of experience in property maintenance, general contracting, landscaping, or a related trade

Ability to pass a background check

Strong attention to detail and excellent time management

Professional appearance and communication skills
